We deliver your finished personal song digitally within 7 working days of approved order.

We sell our services worldwide and our deliveries are made digitally via email. Your personalized song will be delivered under normal circumstances within 3 working days. For customers who need their song faster, we offer express delivery within 24 hours for an additional fee.

If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as technical problems, third-party service outages or other unforeseen events, we are not responsible for any problems caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 14 business days before contacting customer service about a missed delivery.

Our songs are produced with the help of our production partners in order to offer you as a customer the best possible prices and highest quality. We reserve the right to make any errors that may occur in connection with the production. By making a purchase from us, you agree to all of the terms and conditions specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding your purchase before entering into a purchase agreement. Discount codes must be used before the purchase is completed. Melodiavoss does not accept any discount codes after the purchase is completed.

After receiving the email with your delivery, the access link should work immediately. Please check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find the email. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
