Refund

Because our products and services are customized and digital in nature, all sales are generally final once work has begun or delivery has occurred. For digital products, delivery is considered complete when the access link is made available via email, regardless of whether you have opened the email, clicked on the link, or listened to the product.

To be eligible for cancellation, your request must be sent to us immediately via the contact form or email. Cancellations may be approved or denied at our discretion based on the status of your order.

Returns and refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are considered at our discretion. Any add-ons, express delivery or other upgrades are non-refundable once purchased.

If we are unable to deliver substantially as described in your order due to an error on our part, we may, at our option, re-deliver the digital product or provide a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Payment processing fees, third-party production or fulfillment costs may be non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.

Rework (if applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your product, we can offer a free rework or, at our discretion, a refund. Please contact us via the contact form or email to discuss any issues with your order.

Incorrect debits

If you believe a charge is in error, please first contact us via the contact form so we can help resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may prolong the resolution process. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and to suspend accounts associated with abusive or fraudulent disputes.

Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after work has begun or after delivery has taken place, your cancellation request will not be accepted. Cancellations must be submitted immediately and can only be accepted before production work has begun.
